QuickQ Tutorial

From download to connection in four steps, with platform install notes and troubleshooting.

Quick answer: Using QuickQ takes four steps: install the client from the download page → sign in with your membership account → prefer the Smart Recommendation location → tap connect. It takes about 2 minutes, and new users can start with a free trial.

Four steps to get started

01

Download the app

Choose your operating system and install from the official page. The installer is small and usually finishes in minutes — never use third-party mirrors.

02

Open QuickQ and sign in with your membership account. Forgot your password? Use the recovery option on the sign-in screen. New users can start with the free trial.

03

Choose a location

Use Smart Recommendation, or pick a country or region manually. Smart routing splits traffic on demand; privacy mode encrypts everything — choose by scenario.

04

Connect in one tap

Tap connect. Once the status shows connected, you are protected. For daily use, enable launch-on-startup so protection begins as soon as you go online.

Platform install notes

Windows

Double-click the installer and follow the wizard. If prompted about a network adapter change, choose Allow. The QuickQ icon appears on your desktop after install.

macOS

Drag QuickQ into Applications. If the system blocks the first launch, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway, then allow the VPN configuration.

iPhone / iPad

After installing the app, the first connection asks to add a VPN profile. Tap Allow and enter your device passcode to finish.

Android

Launch the app and grant the VPN permission when prompted. On some models you can confirm the VPN status under Settings → Connections.

Troubleshooting common issues

Connected but pages will not load?

Switch to another location first. If that fails, clear the browser cache or try a different browser — some sites apply regional policies that a location change usually solves.

Sign-in failing?

Check your credentials, your local network, whether your membership is still active, and whether the client is up to date.

Slower than expected?

Prefer the Smart Recommendation location and avoid fixing on a single node at peak hours. Smart routing picks steadier paths automatically.

Connection timing out?

Switch between smart routing and privacy mode, restart the client and the device, and confirm the system clock is correct — a wrong clock can break secure connections.

Still stuck?

Try another location, then check system time and network permissions. If it still fails, browse the FAQ or contact support.
