Which devices and systems does QuickQ support?+
Windows 10/11, macOS 11+, iOS 14+, Android 8+ and Ubuntu/Debian Linux distributions. One membership connects up to 3 devices at the same time.
How do I download and install QuickQ?+
Get the installer from the official download page. On Windows, run the wizard; on macOS, drag QuickQ into Applications; on iOS/Android, grant VPN permission on first launch as prompted.
What if the installer is flagged as an unknown publisher?+
First confirm the installer came from the official site. On Windows, choose Run anyway in the dialog; on macOS, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Connection & speed
What should I do if QuickQ will not connect?+
Confirm your local network works, switch to another location or switch between smart/privacy modes, then restart the client and device. If it still fails, check the tutorial or contact support.
Why do speeds differ between locations?+
Distance, local congestion, ISP routing and device conditions all affect speed. Smart Recommendation is usually the best starting point.
Why are some sites still unreachable after connecting?+
Some sites apply regional or risk policies. Try a different location, clear the browser cache, or use another browser.
Will streaming or gaming lag?+
QuickQ offers streaming and gaming optimized routes, and smart routing picks low-latency paths automatically. Actual experience varies by region and network.

Is QuickQ free?+
New users get a free trial. Paid memberships are ¥49 monthly, ¥99 quarterly and ¥198 annual — the annual plan is 50% off for a limited time, about ¥16.5/month. See the pricing page.
Does my membership renew automatically?+
Renewal depends on the checkout page and payment channel. You can check your subscription status before expiry.
How many devices can use one account?+
Up to 3 devices can be online at the same time. If you exceed the limit, manage devices in the client or sign out of unused ones.
Privacy & safety
Does QuickQ record my browsing history?+
No. QuickQ follows a zero-activity-log principle: no browsing history, traffic destinations or DNS queries are recorded. See the Privacy Policy.
Does QuickQ sell my personal information?+
No. QuickQ does not sell personal information. We keep only connection dates, general usage, plan details and error information for operations and support.
